This method promotes autonomy as well as social interaction while respecting the individual rhythm of each resident.<\/p>

Parents, caregivers, and volunteers are key players in our relationship with the residents. They are encouraged to be present and to share their loved one\u2019s life story to help the team build a comprehensive care and stimulation plan. There is no doubt that it is by communicating and working together that we will succeed in improving the quality of life of the resident.<\/p>
